All women deserve a doula

Keep in mind I’m a momma & have a family when reaching out in the middle of the night. It does not bother me at all if you’re up at night worried about something and would like an answer. I just may be asleep. If it’s an emergency and you’re in labor call me. Any other time of day just give me a text or call and I’ll get with you as soon as I can. Even if you just want to talk. That’s what I’m here for. 

1-2 prenatal sessions where we will create your birth plan, and start preparing your body, mind, and spirit for birth. This is also a good time for us to connect and build our relationship. 

Active labor face to face and hands on support and up to 1 hour of support for mom, dad and baby once earth-side. 

1 postpartum visit that equals 1 hour however you want to use it. I can do light chores around the house, watch children while mom and dad take a nap, as well as provide emotional and physical support for mama & family.

• This is also a designed package for first time mamas & anxious mamas who want to be informed and educated about pregnancy, birth, labor, pre labor, signs of active labor, coping for labor, how to ease your anxiety about labor/birth and all aspects that come with it. We will spend more time practicing breathing techniques, grounding techniques, pregnancy affirmations, and meditation. (Take it from me I was the anxious first time mama and my biggest fear was child birth. These are the methods I used and I had zero fear my entire labor and birthing of my daughter)

1 prenatal session where we will create your birth plan, and start preparing your body, mind, and spirit for birth. This is also a good time for us to connect and build our relationship.

1 virtual session with your birth support (spouse, parent, family member, friend) where I will spend 30 minutes teaching them rebozo techniques, counter pressure, hot/cold comfort measures, massage & encouragement verbiage. 

I will be available to be there virtually via zoom or FaceTime if you would like. I can help navigate conversations with birthing team and help guide providers to stick to birthing plan as your advocate.

1 postpartum visit to talk about how you are feeling emotionally, physically, as well as speaking to family members if needed. I can also provide resources and referrals if needed, remember I am your safe space.
If you need an extra postpartum visit we can schedule one at no additional cost.

The Minimalist Mama, Holistic Mama, Deluxe Mama and Anxious Mama packages will be discounted from January 1st-March 1st

• must pay deposit of 50% to hold your place on my calendar before deadline to get discount.
• I will stack the new year new doula discounts with the discount of paying the packing in full at time of hire.
